The Lakers outscored the Pacers 38-17 in the third quarter on the way to the blowout victory, as they continued their home dominance of the Pacers. Los Angeles has won 11 in a row against the Pacers at Staples Center. Troy Murphy had 17 points and 13 boards for Indiana, which has dropped four of five and eight of its last 10 overall. Dahntay Jones and Josh McRoberts added 16 and 15 points, respectively, off the bench. "They dominated inside and they've got one of the two greatest players in the world on the perimeter," said Pacers head coach Jim O'Brien. "And the rest of the team isn't that bad." Portland has won three straight over the Pacers after dropping its previous nine meetings with Indiana.
