The Bobcats are on the verge of their first-ever playoff appearance and sit seventh in the East, only a game behind No. 6 Milwaukee. They have won two straight and five of six games, and are coming off Friday's 87-86 overtime triumph versus the Bucks in the finale of a five-game homestand. Stephen Jackson scored 32 points and sank the last of his four three-pointers to break a tie score with less than a minute to go in overtime. Raymond Felton added 12 points and six assists, while Gerald Wallace came up with 11 rebounds for the Bobcats, who went 4-1 on the residency and are 29-9 as the host. "We just wanted to play harder than them," Jackson said. "We wanted to be the more physical team." Bobcats coach Larry Brown was ejected after receiving two technical fouls in the second quarter for arguing with the refs. Charlotte will try to work on its 11-26 road record before the postseason commences. The 2009-10 season series between the Bobcats and Bulls is tied at a game apiece, with each team holding serve as the host. Charlotte has dropped eight of the 10 meetings in the Windy City.

American Idol odds : Blake Lewis the Early Standout An important American Idol betting lines recap from February 20 Guys episode. Simon didn't think he was that bad though and predicted he would be back next week. Nick Pedro was a big +3000 dog coming into this competition. Beat boxer Blake Lewis was listed with early +1000 odds or $1000 payout on a $100 bet if he were to become the next American Idol winner odds . These of course were the early odds. He was considered original for picking an "odd song". He did not beat box and the judges felt it was the best vocal of the night. Sanjaya came in as the second biggest favorite after Chris Sligh but his performance Tuesday night was not very good. Chris Sleigh was the early favorite at +450 odds. Great voice and a great sense of humor. He's a real standout. Randy felt it was on point but maybe ahead of the chorus a little bit. The judges felt he needs to take more risks but looked good. Phil - this season's military favorite - came into this competition with +1200 odds to win the competition. He was the last to perform. He was certainly strong enough to get through this stage of the competition and perhaps the best one after a shaky start. In all likelihood, it won't be long before every team is a presenting sponsor of scratch-offs or just plain old pick fives. "The change in policy was approved 32-0," said NFL spokesman Greg Aiello. "So you can expect to see more deals soon." It's a branding opportunity too big for the owners to ignore, and one a couple of dozen baseball franchises have enjoyed for years. The fact the NFL has been slower to act than those slack-brained Seligites is indicative of its complicated relationship with all forms of gambling. Consider this: Last Thursday, as the Pats and the Redskins finalized their new lottery deals, a lawyer representing the NFL argued before Delaware's Supreme Court that the state's newly signed sports betting law should be repealed.
